Kathy Quarnstrom has been in the travel business for 22 years. She has been with ALCA Travel since day one and currently owns the agency.

Dawn Holt joined ALCA Travel in 1991 after working at travel agencies in Moose Lake and Duluth. She has been in the travel business for 14 years. With three kids, her specialty is family vacations and weekend getaways. Dawn currently works in the office on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Susan Sparks started with ALCA Travel in 1992 as an intern after completing 1 year of travel school. After completing her internship, she was hired on as a part-time travel agent with a full-time position shortly thereafter. With various cruises and tours to Mexico and the Caribbean, Susan's specialty lies in these areas. Since starting a family last year, Susan is now part-time with office hours on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Karla Ramberg is the newest addition to our staff. Karla has been a travel consultant for the past 19 years. Her agency experience includes Lindstrom, North Branch and a home based agency. Karla joined ALCA Travel in June of 2003 as a full-time agent. Her office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays with Thursdays added in the winter months. She works with corporate, group and vacation travelers.
